Game 1

GEN Champions

BLG Champions
Jax, Rell, Azir, Aphelios, Tahm Kench Aatrox, Jarvan IV, Orianna, Kalista, Renata

A very aggressive first game with Xun diving GEN's bot lane and securing First Blood, but Peyz was able to secure his first kill as well. Peanut with a great gank on bot lane secured GEN's second kill of the game as Doran and Blin are in constant clashes at top with Peanut yet again with greath pathing the entire game. A messy skirmish allowed for BLG to strike back and land a kill onto Peanut.

BLG were able to slowly accrue a gold lead against GEN by punishing their mistakes and slowly snowballing their advantage. An incredible performance by BLG as they were able to get crucial kills that lead to securing Baron so they could further siege GEN's base. Xun's Jarvan has been a monster the entire game as his presence further steamrolled the LPL's 2nd seed into a 6K gold lead.

After a scrappy attempt by GEN to stop BLG from getting the Elder drake, Bin's Aatrox simply decimated the entire enemy team as BLG lead the series 1-0.

Game 2

BLG Champions

GEN Champions
Rumble, Jarvan IV, Orianna, Xayah, Renata Aatrox, Maokai, Azir, Aphelios, Milio

Another explosive game as a bloodbath on the bot lane landed Elk two kills whilst on the top lane Doran was dived by Xun and Bin. The LCK 1st seed is desperate to take control of the game as the LPL 2nd seed keeps punishing the enemy's aggression. An astounding 5K gold lead at 12 minutes into the game, BLG are simply steamrolling GEN as desperation sinks further into the players of the LCK team.

A very dire turn of events as mistakes keep pilling on for GEN with BLG securing their third drake of the game. An absolute steamroll from BLG in this Bo5 series with GEN being pushed into a corner with little to no hope for a turnaround.

A very one-sided game with BLG securing two Barons and sieging GEN's base and further securing their lead in the series going 2-0.

Game 3

GEN Champions

BLG Champions
Aatrox, Maokai, Yone, Kai'Sa, Nautilus  Renekton, Jarvan IV, Orianna, Caitlyn, Braum

A change of pace in the third game of the series as BLG secure priority on the bot lane and get the first drake. GEN were able to strike back and secure first blood and Herald, however BLG immediately answer back with a 2v2 on bot lane and Yagao punishes Peanut's overextension. BLG has shown great map control and positioning as almost all of the drakes were secured by them in the series with GEN always standing behind ever so slightly in skirmishes.

GEN seem to be holding strong with their back against the wall as BLG are unable to steamroll the game allowing for the LCK 1st seed to slowly outscale the LPL 2nd seed. A great teamfight by GEN allowed them to take the initiative and secure the first Baron of the game. In a decisive fight, GEN were able to seize control of the game and win their first game in the series with the score going 2-1 in BLG favor.

Game 4

BLG Champions

GEN Champions
K'Sante, Jarvan IV, Neeko, Ashe, Tahm Kench Rumble, Vi, Akali, Kalista, Rell

An amazing dive on bot lane on the side of BLG as they were able to secure First Blood. GEN strike back and kill the enemies support as Bin solo kills Doran on the top lane. Both teams trade a drake as Bin almost survives a very intense bot lane dive on the side of GEN. The LCK 1st seed was able to find its footing as they slowly started accumulating an advantage against the LPL 2nd seed by getting their second drake as BLG strike back by securing two turrets on top.

A great fight by BLG at Baron as they were able to secure the buff and kill two of the players on GEN. Another crucial pick onto BLG's team as GEN further cemented their lead and seized control of the game, forcing BLG into a corner and further increasing their hold onto neutral objectives.

With a game-deciding pick onto Ashe, GEN were able to level the enemy's nexus and equalize the series 2-2 with a reverse sweep on the table seeing very plausible.

Game 5

BLG Champions

GEN Champions
Rumble, Jarvan IV, Orianna, Senna, Tahm Kench Gnar, Vi, Akali, Kai'Sa, Rell

The final deciding game of the series as both teams face elimination. A lot on the line for the players with pressure building up to its zenith with GEN looking very confident to win the Bo5. A rather slow game in comparison to the previous matches, BLG seem very hesitatnt behind their decisions as a massive fight around Baron punishes the mistake of Peanut not hovering around the objective with BLG securing two kills and stabilizing the game in their favor.

Doran's mistake in the skirmish around drake allowed BLG the opportunity to kill two enemy players and secure the first Baron of the game. After effectively utilizing the buff, BLG were able to siege the enemy base as they get a kill onto Chovy as they continue pushing closer to victory, but GEN were able to stop their advance and get another chance at winning the game.

BLG seized the momentum as they won another important skirmish in GEN's jungle and get their second Baron, punishing Delight's overextension and positioning. In the face of all odds and GEN's comeback, BLG won the series in a nail-bitting silver scrapes series.
