The best way to earn more points for the Winter Plunge event is by participating in different events and tournaments and landing on the Railroad tile in order to trigger a Bank Heist or Shutdown. Both of these events are going to earn you a ton of points, and if you truly want to get the most out of it, you will want to increase your dice multiplier beforehand. During Bank Heists, the amount of points you earn will be directly affected by how big the Heist itself is. Shutdowns will also earn you a hefty amount of points.
