Static Electricity

  • Solo: After allies move on the ground for 4 seconds, their next projectile applies shocked to enemies. Leaving the ground restarts the timer.
  • Stacked: After allies move on the ground for 2 seconds, their next projectile applies shocked to enemies. Leaving the ground restarts the timer.

Overall, the amount of utility that this Offense perk brings is not strong enough to warrant choosing it over much better ones.

That's (Not) All, Folks! Perk

That's (Not) All, Folks!

  • Solo: Ringing out enemies while near the blast zones pushes the attacker back towards the center of the map. 
  • Stacked: When both teammates use this Perk, the push area is stronger and larger. 
Second Wind Beneath Your Wings

Second Wind Beneath Your Wings

  • Solo: Your team refreshes air special attacks after ringing out an enemy. 
  • Stacked: Your team refreshes all air options after ringing out an enemy. 
Shirt Cannon Sniper

Shirt Cannon Sniper

  • Solo: Your team's projectiles deal 7% increased damage to far away victims.
  • Stacked: Your team's projectiles deal 15% increased damage to far away victims.

This perk is very unreliable as you will constantly be in melee range of your opponent to benefit from the buff.

Up, Up, and A-Slay

Up, Up, and A-Slay

  • Solo: Your team deals 5% increased damage with attacks that knockback enemies upward. 
  • Stacked: Your team deals 10% increased damage with attacks that knockback enemies upward. 

Although it can be useful in certain teams, overall, this is not an ideal option.

  • Solo: Your team deals 5% increased damage with attacks that knock back enemies horizontally. 
  • Stacked: Your team deals 10% increased damage with attacks that knock back enemies horizontally. 
Lumpy Space Punch

  • Solo: Your team deals 5% increased damage with Melee Attacks in the air. 
  • Stacked: Your team deals 10% increased damage with Melee Attacks in the air.

  • Solo: Your team receives 10% increased dodge distance when dodging out of an attack hit cancel. 
  • Stacked: Your team receives 20% increased dodge distance when dodging out of an attack hit cancel. 

This can be very helpful in dire situations so you can clutch out a win.

  • Solo: Your team deals 5% increased damage with projectiles. 
  • Stacked: Your team deals 10% increased damage with projectiles.
Painted Target

  • Solo: Your team deals 5% increased damage when hitting enemies that are in hitstun. 
  • Stacked: Your team deals 10% increased damage when hitting enemies that are in hitstun. 
Snowball Effect

  • Solo: Your team deals 10% increased damage against the fighter with the highest damage. 
  • Stacked: Your team deals 20% increased damage against the fighter with the highest damage.

Hit 'Em While They're Down

  • Solo: Your team deals 5% increased damage when hitting debuffed enemies. 
  • Stacked: Your team deals 10% increased damage when hitting debuffed enemies. 

A great damage enhancer that can easily stack up and give you the upper hand.

I'll Take That

I'll Take That

  • Solo: Your team receives a 0.25 second refund on ability cooldowns after hitting debuffed enemies. 
  • Stacked: Your team receives a 0.5 second refund on ability cooldowns after hitting debuffed enemies. 

An amazing combo enabler that can not only benefit from strong debuff teams but also further allow you to juggle your opponents for high damage.

  • Solo: Your team's fully charged attacks break armor.  
  • Stacked: Your team's 75% charged attacks break armor. 

An amazing tool to have when going up against players that make full use of their armor.

That's Flammable, Doc!

That's Flammable, Doc!

  • Solo: For 3 seconds after knocking back an enemy with a projectile, your team can melee attack that enemy to ignite them for 1 second. 
  • Stacked: For 3 seconds after knocking back an enemy with a projectile, your team can melee attack that enemy to ignite them for 2 seconds. 

A good one-two punch that helps you weave in projectiles with melee attacks. 

Make It Rain, Dog!

Make It Rain, Dog!

  • Solo: Your team receives 10% increased projectile speed. 
  • Stacked: Your team receives 20% increased projectile speed. 

This perk can help decide most of your game outcomes as having that added dash of speed to your projectiles can catch your opponents off-guard. 

Ice to Beat You!

Ice to Beat You!

  • Solo: Your team's heavy projectiles deal 1 stack of ice to enemies that are not affected by ice if the projectiles knock enemies back. 
  • Stacked: Your team's heavy projectiles deal 2 stacks of ice to enemies that are not affected by ice if the projectiles knock enemies back.  

This Offense perk is incredible not only as it adds a bit more utility to your kit but also gives ample spacing opportunity so you can setup your combo.

Collateral Damage

Collateral Damage

  • Solo: Your team deals 1 additional damage when knocked back enemies collide with a wall or floor.
  • Stacked: Your team deals 2 additional damage when knocked back enemies collide with a wall or floor.

Although the extra damage might not seem as much, you will have multiple opportunities to knock back enemies during the match.
