Chronicler Adelyn is one of the newest Legendary Champions in RAID: Shadow Legends that every player can obtain for free, as long as they sign in the game during the period before July 8.

Chronicler Adelyn is a Legendary Force Support Champion who comes from the Banner Lords faction. According to the developers she is crafted to be one of the better Champions in the game to use against Sand Devil, and they certainly didn’t lie.

Chronicler Adelyn is a great teammate to have against Sand Devil thanks to her A3 which places a ton of Debuffs on the target, which debuffs also go through the [Block Debuffs] buff, making her a great teammate to have against Sand Devil.

Apart from Sand Devil, however, she can find use in other areas in the game as well thanks to her ability to heal with her A2 and increase damage with her Passive.

And what’s best is that Chronicler Adelyn is a free champion that any F2P player can get, which will make her important for F2P accounts.

• Restores 25% of each ally's destroyed MAX HP, then heals all allies by 25% of this Champion's MAX HP

Writ of Sleep

• Has a 75% chance of placing a [Sleep] debuff on a target for 1 turn.
• Also has a 75% chance of placing a 30% [Decrease SPD] debuff and a 50% [Decrease ATK] debuff on the target for 2 turns.
• Debuffs placed by this skill will ignore any [Block Debuffs] buffs.

• Allies deal 3% more damage to targets for each debuff placed on them by this Champion.

• Has a chance of placing a [Sheep] debuff on enemy Champions for 2 turns whenever they place debuffs on this Champion or remove or steal buffs from them. Occurs once per enemy turn. This debuff cannot be blocked, or placed on Bosses.
• Champions under [Sheep] debuffs lose access to their normal skills, and can only use the following [Sheep] skill.
• [Sheep Skill] Attacks 1 enemy. Any ally Sheep will join this attack.
• Has a 50% chance of removing the [Sheep] debuff from this Champion after attacking.
• Whenever a [Sheep] debuff expires or the Sheep is defeated, the affected Champion will return to battle with 50% HP.
• The [Sheep] debuff requires ACC to be placed and can be resisted.

Summary

Chronicler Adelyn is a good free support Champion that any players in RAID can get as long as they participate in her login event until July 8.

She will certainly become the cornerstone of a lot of new player accounts and although she is not the best free Champion that we have received, Chronicler Adelyn is a good addition to the game and will certainly be a part of newer players’ teams for the foreseeable future.

Her ability to debuff, buff, and heal are three of the more important features for a support unit, and having them combined into a free Champion is certainly a lifesaver for new players.
