WoW SoD Phase 2: New Waylaid Supplies and Feedback

Waylaid Supplies have received some changes in Phase 2 of Season of Discovery, however, the majority of the community seems hesitant to use this new feature in its current state.

Currently, you need to turn in Supply Shipment to receive reputation with either the Azeroth Commerce Authority for Alliance and Durotar Supply and Logistics for Horde.

Previously, you could turn in empty Waylaid Supplies but now it is far more tedious to complete the shipments given how expensive the materials are on the Auction House.

WoW SoD Phase 2 Waylaid Supplies Details 

As mentioned above, some issues have arisen from the changes made to how Waylaid Supplies work in Phase 2 of Season of Discovery.

Now that you cannot turn in empty Waylaid Supplies, it has become very difficult to complete shipments given how expensive the materials have become on the Auction House. 

This wouldn't be an issue if players were able to identify how the drop rates work, and with there being so many different types of Waylaid Supplies, it may take a lot of time before you can loot Waylaid Supplies that are tied to your current profession.

Summary

Overall, Blizzard will need to introduce some additional tweaks to make it worthwhile to farm and turn in Waylaid Supplies, as even if there are great rewards locked behind reputation, the process of grinding it is flawed.

Hopefully the devs are able to adjust the drop rate or give more insight as to how players can approach farming Waylaid Supplies without having to break the bank.
